Q) What if My Printer Malfunctions After Using Your Products?A) First, we will replace the cartridge completely free of charge. If this does not alleviate the problem, we will pay for a printer repair company to go on site where the problem printer is located. If this company determines the printer malfunction is a direct result of the cartridge we will pay for the printer to be fixed. If it cannot be fixed to your satisfaction, we will pay for a new printer to replace the printer which has malfunctioned.

Q) How does purchasing a remanufactured cartridge help the environment?
A) Annually there are more than 300 Million plastic printer cartridges thrown away in the United States and around the world. According to industry sources, this translates to almost 8 cartridges thrown away in landfills every second. While the flow into our nations’ landfills can never be stopped, remanufacturers can at least reduce the amount of cartridges into the landfills.
Remanufacturing does make a difference. Every cartridge that is remanufactured and sold to consumers is one less cartridge that needs to be produced by the OEMs, thus saving it from the stream of waste and from draining the Earth’s natural resources.
Q) What does the Acronym OEM stand for?
A) OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. This refers to the manufacturer of the printer and the ink they sell. For instance, Hewlett-Packard, Canon, Lexmark, and Brother are OEM’s.
Q) What is Re-Ink's guarantee?
A) Re-Ink's Guarantee:
- that Re-Ink cartridges does not invalidate manufacturer's warranty.
- that orders received by 3:00 pm MST will be shipped on the same day.
- that if you're not 100% happy with the performance of the cartridge, we will replace your cartridge or refund your money.
